Use a clear subject such as Article correction, Privacy question, Permissions, or Website problem. The same address is listed throughout the journal so you do not have to guess which mailbox to use.

Editorial questions and corrections

Include the article title or URL, the statement concerned, and what you believe needs attention. Distinguish a factual error from a suggestion or a question about applying the guide. Link to supporting material where possible, including the relevant product or document version.

For a home-care question, identify the material or product and the instruction that is unclear. Avoid sending private household records or personal addresses. A general editorial inquiry cannot replace professional advice about an unsafe condition or an urgent repair.

Privacy and information requests

Describe the interaction involved, its approximate date, and the information you are asking about. Read the privacy policy first: the on-page draft checker does not transmit or store your entries, and the website has no user accounts. For a broken link or display issue, provide the page URL, what you expected, what happened, and your browser or device type. Remove personal information from any details shared. Suggestions for future guides are welcome when they name a concrete room, material, or household task.
